Howerton serves as SVP for InLight Real Estate Partners with a focus on the firm’s Corporate Client Solutions practice. Taylor has over 25 years of capital markets, structured finance, and banking experience. He is an industry specialist in transportation and logistics, and with his expertise, he brings a unique perspective to his role.

Logan Schroeder-Stephens –

We are pleased to announce our growing Corporate Client Solutions practice with new hire, Logan Schroeder-Stephens.

Schroeder-Stephens serves as an Associate for InLight Real Estate Partnersth a focus on the firm’s Corporate Client Solutions practice and underwriting potential acquisition and development opportunities. Prior to joining Inlight, Logan served within Truist Securities’ Structured Real Estate Group, a division of Truist’s focused on build-to-suit and sale/leaseback principal net lease investments across the United States. His primary role consisted of underwriting and closing acquisitions. While in the Structured Real Estate Group, he was directly responsible for underwriting more than $800 million of commercial real estate transactions. Previously, Logan also served as an Analyst in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Truist Se Securities.

Tammarra Kutz –

We are pleased to announce our growing Development & Construction team with new hire, Tammarra Kutz.

Tammarra Kutz serves as Construction Administrator for InLight Real Estate Partners, located in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.

Prior to joining the firm, Tammarra held the position of Senior Grants Administrator at McFarland Johnson, Inc., where she accumulated experience in the airport/roads and bridges industry specifically processing federal and state grant applications and payments. Other responsibilities included review and verification of monthly contractor payments for multiple/simultaneous airport construction projects.

 Prior to McFarland Johnson, Tammarra worked in K-12 Construction Management for Riordan Management Group in Endwell, NY fulfilling the role of Project Coordinator and Project Administrator. Her experience includes administration of multi-million-dollar capital projects from pre-planning stages to close-out; including community presentations, creating and maintaining a cohesive team during all aspects of construction, implementing a real-time cost reservation system, communicating schedule and project phasing, and fostering strong customer relationships for current and future projects.
