Commonwealth Commerce Center is being developed on 39.3 acres in Jacksonville, FL. This two building development will be 502,000 total sq. ft. Building 1 will have 272, 160 sq. ft. with 68 cross-dock doors and 80 off-door parking spaces. Building 2 will have 229,840 sq. ft., with 50 rear-load dock doors and 45 off-door parking spaces.
