This distribution center is being developed on 15.1 acres in the eastern side of the Tampa, FL metro area. The center will be 175,500 sq ft with 48 rear-load dock doors as well as 41 spaces of off-door parking.
The Deerpark Commerce Center will be developed on 47.7 acres of land in St. Johns, FL. The 422,240 sq ft development will consist of 2 buildings, one with 291,200 sq ft and the other 131,400 sq ft. Building 1 will have 92 rear load dock doors and 142 off-door parking spots. Building 2 will have 49 rear load dock doors and 26 off-door parking spots.
