Prior to joining the firm, Jon spent 25 years as a VP the Corporate Properties Group at Wells Fargo Bank. Most recently, Jon was responsible for a nation-wide team of construction managers that executed Wells Fargo Advisors and Wells Fargo Home Lending’s development and project work. Prior to that, Jon was instrumental with the development and construction of hundreds of new retail branches up the East coast and in Texas. Jon started with First Union Bank in Jacksonville in 1997 and held various development and construction roles in all aspects of the banks corporate owned and leased facilities.

Jon was born and raised in Hyannis, MA.  He attended Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston and received a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and a minor in Construction management.   Jon relocated to Jacksonville in 1996 and met his wife Rachel, a Jacksonville Beach native. They currently reside in Jacksonville and have a daughter and son.   In his free time Jon enjoys Saltwater fishing, golf, cooking and gardening. Jon currently serves on the Board of directors for Hartfelt Ministries, a local non-profit that provides non-medical assistance to help our seniors age in place with dignity and grace.
