Amanda Rasch serves as the Property Accountant in the Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, office. Amanda oversees all property-level business activity and works directly with the Accounting Manager to ensure the property financials are up-to-date and accurate.

Before joining InLight, Amanda primarily worked in the Sales and Marketing Industry. Amanda began her career as a Bookkeeper at Kessler Creative, transitioned to an Accounts Payable Specialist at Griffin Home Service, and then became a Revenue Analyst at Acosta Group for two years, tracking sales commissions for clients such as J.M. Smuckers, General Mills, and Tillamook County Creamery.

Amanda grew up in Ocala, FL, before moving to Jacksonville, FL, to attend the University of North Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 2020 and a Master of Business Administration in 2024. Amanda plans to become either a Certified Management Accountant or Certified Public Accountant to further advance their career.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending concerts, traveling, and reading.
