Bethany Applegate serves as our Controller for InLight Real Estate Partners in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Bethany supports senior management, ultimately responsible for ensuring financial statements are properly stated including balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flow. Bethany oversees corporate accounting, property accounting for operating properties and job cost accounting for development properties.

Bethany has 6 years of experience in property and development accounting. Bethany started her career as a Property Accountant at Regency Centers and then went on to join Gatlin Development as the director over the property and development accounting team.

Bethany received her Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of North Florida. In her free time, Bethany enjoys watching her daughter play competitive softball, traveling, and playing the piano.
