Chris Amons serves as an Analyst for InLight Real Estate Partners (“IREP”) in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Chris is primarily focused on underwriting potential acquisition and ground-up industrial development opportunities across the Southeast. Chris graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Economics and Finance from the College of Charleston in May 2025. He joined the firm in August 2024 as an intern in the firm’s Charleston office.

Prior to joining InLight full-time, Chris served as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Ziegler, supporting senior living M&A as well as senior living and higher education debt capital markets teams. He also held multiple internships across wealth management and corporate data analytics during his time at the College of Charleston.

Chris is originally from New Jersey and currently resides in Florida. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing, fitness, and spending time outdoors.
