Eric Fernandez serves as an Associate for InLight Real Estate Partners, LLC (“IREP”) in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.  Eric is primarily focused on underwriting potential acquisition and development opportunities.  Additionally, Eric supports the company’s value-add and industrial services property portfolio management process.  Prior to joining the firm, Eric served as a capital markets associate for UBS Financial Services private wealth management division for 3 years.  At UBS, Eric was responsible for equity and investment research, portfolio management, and trading on behalf of a $300 million dollar book of business. Prior to UBS, Eric served as an analyst at Deutsche Bank for two years and was responsible for supporting the execution of equity and fixed income derivative transactions.  Eric has extensive experience analyzing, modeling, and executing transactions across all asset classes.  Eric has passed the first two levels of the CFA program.

Eric grew up in Orlando, Florida and graduated from The Florida State University in 2015 with a degree in Finance.

Eric moved to Jacksonville Beach in 2016 and lives with his Fiancé, Samantha, and their German Shorthaired Pointer, Scout.
