Eric Fernandez serves as Vice President of Investments for InLight Real Estate Partners, LLC (“IREP”) in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Eric is primarily focused on sourcing acquisition and development opportunities across Central Florida, and since joining InLight in 2021, has been involved in over $410 million of acquisition and development transactions across multiple Southeast markets.

Prior to joining InLight, Eric spent five years in capital markets at UBS Financial Services and Deutsche Bank, building experience across equity research, portfolio management, and derivative transactions.

Eric grew up in Orlando, Florida and graduated from Florida State University in 2015 with a degree in Finance. He has passed Levels I and II of the CFA Program.

Eric resides in Jacksonville Beach, Florida with his wife, Samantha, their son, Mason, and their German Shorthaired Pointer, Scout.
