Jack Buckley serves as a Vice President for InLight Real Estate Partners, LLC (“IREP”) in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, where he is primarily focused on the sourcing of acquisition and development opportunities across Nashville, TN, and Charlotte, NC.

Jack has spent his 15 year career within the real estate industry, starting at Lloyds of London before moving onto Cushman & Wakefield,, where he led the outsourced management of Amazon’s UK office portfolio and then J. Murphy & Sons, where he was responsible for UK Property Management, including development and new acquisitions.

Prior to joining the firm, Jack served for a total of 4 years as Vice President of CBRE in Jacksonville, FL, and Associate Director in London, UK, where he focused on providing advisory and transaction services to Industrial and logistics landlords, tenants, and investors.

During his career, he has advised on more than 13,000,000 SF of stabilized and ground up industrial development, generating in excess of $6BN in transaction volume.

Jack grew up in London, United Kingdom, before moving to the United States in 2022 with his wife and two daughters.
