Marc Mansfield serves as our Tax Manager for InLight Real Estate Partners, LLC (“IREP”) in Ponte Vedra, FL. Marc is responsible for overseeing InLight’s compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, as well as the firm’s tax compliance and tax planning for deal structures and investments.

Marc spent the first three years of his career in public accounting with Alvarez & Marsal in Atlanta, GA on their real estate tax team. After transitioning out of public accounting, he worked in various real estate and development accounting roles, most recently as an assistant controller.

Marc grew up in Mount Dora, FL and attended the University of Florida, where he earned his bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and performing as a singer/songwriter musician.
