Trevor Berecz serves as Head of Asset & Transaction Mgmt. for Inlight Real Estate Partners with a focus on sourcing and managing new development and acquisition opportunities across central, southwest, and southeast Florida.

Prior to joining the firm, Trevor was a Vice President at Stonemont Financial Group, an Atlanta based sponsor focused on industrial and net lease investments across the United States. His primary role consisted of originating and structuring transactions directly with corporate/commercial clients via the firm’s partnership with Regions Bank. Trevor spent the earlier part of his career underwriting and closing development projects and acquisitions for Oakmont Industrial Group and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey’s Structured Real Estate Group. His combined experience has allowed him to be a part of over $1 billion and 5 million square feet of commercial real estate transactions.

Trevor grew up in Tampa, FL and received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Trevor now lives in Jacksonville Beach, FL with his wife and duck tolling retriever.
