Zach Gerry serves as a Vice President of Investments for InLight Real Estate Partners, LLC (“IREP”) in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Zach is primarily focused on sourcing acquisition and development opportunities and managing the Atlanta portfolio.

Prior to joining the firm, Zach served as a Senior Vice President at Elion Partners, a Miami based asset manager focused on industrial value-add and development opportunities throughout the United States. He was primarily responsible for the underwriting of new investment opportunities on the acquisitions team and was on the debt capital markets team where he led the origination and management across the investment vehicles. Zach started his career at the Macquarie Group, an Australian based investment bank. He was based out of the New York City office and was responsible for the underwriting of office, industrial, and retail opportunities and the management of the Core-Plus vehicles across the United States. Throughout his career, Zach has been involved in over $2 billion of acquisition, development, and debt transactions.

Zach grew up in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL and moved to New York City after completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and his Master of Business Administration at Rollins College in Winter Park, FL. Zach returned to Florida in 2023 and spent two years in Miami with Elion Partners.

Zach moved back to Ponte Vedra Beach with his wife and son and joined InLight in 2025.
