Titusville, FL (07/09/2026) – InLight Real Estate Partners, in partnership with DiGeronimo Companies, is pleased to announce the construction commencement of Launch Commerce Center, a 10-acre, 137,000-square-foot Class A speculative industrial facility located at 84 Golden Knights Blvd in Titusville, Florida.
The project is strategically positioned within the nation’s most dynamic aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing corridors, with immediate proximity to Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center, as well as major employers such as NASA, SpaceX, Blue Origin, Northrop Grumman, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Amazon/Project Kuiper, and Knights Armament. With direct access to I-95, US-1, and SR-528, Florida East Coast Railway, along with connectivity to Port Canaveral, the location provides unparalleled multimodal access across the region.
Winter Construction, the project’s general contractor, broke ground early July 2026, and is scheduled to deliver the building Q2 2027.
As the first true Class A speculative industrial delivery in the submarket, Launch Commerce Center addresses a significant supply-demand imbalance driven by the rapid expansion across the commercial space, aerospace, defense, and logistics sectors, making it the only facility in the market designed to meet the evolving needs of the sophisticated user base.
“This project presents the rare opportunity to invest in a market at the forefront of the rapidly expanding commercial space, aerospace, and defense sectors,” said Eric Fernandez, Vice President of Investments at InLight Real Estate Partners. “Our conviction in the industry growth, paired with meaningful supply constraints, allowed us to move quickly and deliver the type of high-quality industrial space this market has needed for years.”
This milestone marks InLight Real Estate Partners’ 18th development project and 36th closed investment, further reinforcing the firm’s commitment to delivering best-in-class industrial assets in high-growth markets. InLight’s project team responsible for this transaction includes Wes Simpson, VP – Development & Construction; and Chris Amons, Analyst – Investments.
Leasing for the project will be led by Mike Moss, Michael Moss II, and Luke Brown of Lightle Beckner Robison.
