Logan Schroeder-Stephens serves as an Associate for InLight Real Estate Partners, LLC (“IREP”) in Atlanta, GA with a focus on the firm’s Corporate Client Solutions practice and underwriting potential acquisition and development opportunities.

Prior to joining Inlight, Logan served within Truist Securities’ Structured Real Estate Group, a division of Truist’s investment bank focused on build-to-suit and sale/leaseback principal net lease investments across the United States. His primary role consisted of underwriting and closing acquisitions. During his time in the Structured Real Estate Group he was directly responsible for underwriting more than $800 million of commercial real estate transactions. Previously, Logan also served as an Analyst in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Truist Securities.

Logan attended the University of Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Real Estate. Originally from Miami, FL, Logan enjoys scuba diving, snow skiing and following Formula 1 in his spare time.
