Rachel Lux serves as the Senior Executive Assistant at the firm, overseeing offices in Atlanta, GA, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, and Charleston, SC. With nearly a decade of experience, Rachel provides high-level support to the Managing Partners, David Burch, and Jeff Berryhill, as well as the Executive-Level team. Her expertise lies in implementing proven methods and cutting-edge systems to optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. Additionally, Rachel oversees the company’s marketing initiatives and serves as the events manager for all company-related events.

Before joining InLight, Rachel worked in the Industrial Development industry and gained valuable experience with other established corporate companies. Her background has equipped her with the ability to adapt and pivot when faced with challenges. Rachel thrives on taking on any obstacle and turning it into a positive outcome.”

Additionally, Rachel has a personal connection to both Chicago and Jacksonville, FL. She originally moved to Jacksonville in 2006 when her husband was stationed there. After his service concluded, they returned to Chicago to raise their children but eventually realized their love for the Sunshine State and relocated the entire family back. Since then, Rachel and her husband have raised their family with three kids and one dog. Rachel also co-founded “Veterans for Airsoft” with her husband Fred, providing a space for veterans, active-duty members, first responders, and law enforcement officers to engage in MilSim (military simulation) activities. Their mission emphasizes giving back to the community and supporting those who have served.
