InLight Real Estate Partners Announces Ground-Up Spec Development: AirPark West

Nashville, TN (5/14/2025) – InLight Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce the groundbreaking of its first ground-up development in Nashville, TN. AirPark West, is a two-building speculative development of 388,215 square feet on a 43.6-acres. Each of the buildings will be highly spec’d and will feature clear heights of 32 feet, a total of 339 auto parking spaces, 74 trailer parking spaces, 105 dock doors, and 4 drive-in doors, providing high levels of functionality for future tenants.

AirPark West is strategically located to the east of Nashville International Airport (BNA), just 2 miles away, and is conveniently situated between I-40 and I-24. This prime infill location places the development at the confluence of the region’s major logistics thoroughfares, making it accessible to 75% of all major US markets within a day’s drive. Major nearby occupiers include Amazon, FedEx, DHL, RXO, Ferguson, Wilson, Averitt, J.B. Hunt, Safeway, ATD, and Berry.

The project is set to break ground early Q3 2025, with an estimated completion date in Q3 2026.
