InLight Real Estate Partners Announces the Acquisition of the Falkenburg Rd Project in East Tampa, Florida

East Tampa, FL (12/10/2025) – InLight Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Falkenburg Rd project, a value-add, two-building industrial portfolio located in the East Tampa submarket. This strategic acquisition encompasses 123,717 square feet across two buildings on 8.74 acres, with clear heights of 20 and 18 feet, 143 auto parking spaces, 21 dock doors, and 3 drive-ins. The property is fully leased and stabilized as of December 10th, and the transaction was brokered by Trey Carswell and Lisa Ross.

The Falkenburg Rd portfolio stands out for its exceptional flexibility, efficient layout, and superior access, offering an infill location near the I-75/I-4 interchange that provides outstanding regional connectivity. The property is anchored by a long-term, mission-critical tenant and benefits from strong submarket fundamentals and limited competing supply. Notable nearby tenants include Coca-Cola Beverages, Red Bull, Iron Mountain, GXO, and Restoration Hardware.

This project marks our second Tampa acquisition this year and further strengthens our partnership with Pennybacker Capital.
