Inlight Welcomes New Team Members
InLight Real Estate Partners is excited to welcome three new members to our growing team of talented real estate professionals.
Tom Mayfield- SVP, Finance
Tom Mayfield will serve as the SVP of Finance and will be responsible for the firm’s debt and treasury relationships. Tom has 30+ years of real estate investment and capital market experience.
Prior to joining the firm, Tom served as SVP for IDI and sat on the firm’s Executive Committee for JV Investments. Tom has averaged over $750M in new debt capital commitments annually.
Tom began his career with Arthur Anderson. Tom has his M.S in Finance from Georgia State University and a B.S. in Accounting from Bob Jones University. Tom is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Stewart Green- SVP, Development
Stewart Green will serve as the SVP of Development and bring 36 years of construction, field, development experience to Inlight.
Prior to joining the firm Stewart worked for CBRE as the Senior Project Manager in the state of Florida area where he oversaw all business needs including Project Management, LMA Profit & Loss Management, and was responsible for award-winning program management.
Prior to joining CBRE Stewart held roles with Trident (Director of Development), Elkins, Satilla and DPR. He has managed large multi-phase projects including office, industrial facilities, and mixed-use developments. Past clients include DCPS, Suddath, MOSH, McKesson, JEA, CSX, International Speedway, Sun Microsystems and many others.
Stewart received his B.S. in Building Construction Management from University of North Florida, his B.A. at Washington & Lee University, and his B.S. in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Dallas. He’s a Certified LEED Associate, and is a member of the NAIOP, the United States Green Building Council, and Associated General Contractors, among other trade organizations.

Kaylee Martin- Transaction Manager
Kaylee Martin will be the Transaction Manager for InLight in the firm’s Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida office.
Prior to joining the firm, Kaylee was a Paralegal with more than 10 years of experience primarily focused in transactional and corporate law. She acted as the sole paralegal within the Office of Chief Counsel supporting the subsidiary legal department of a private-equity real estate investment portfolio of a multi-billion-dollar family investment office, having significant agribusiness and farmland investments in more than 20 states in the U.S. Kaylee then spent several years of her career in a law firm where she served as a transactional paralegal and office manager.
Kaylee grew up in Valdosta, Georgia, and attended Brenau University where she played collegiate basketball for four years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law from Valdosta State University.
