We are pleased to announce our growing Asset Management team with new hire, Will Grattan.
Grattan serves as an Analyst in the Ponte Vedra Beach, FL office with focus on underwriting, assistance with acquisitions and dispositions, as well as leasing. He spent the summer with InLight as an intern focused on underwriting and due diligence. Prior to InLight, Will served as a land development intern at Dream Finders Homes in Jacksonville, FL, working on several residential developments in the Jacksonville area.

Mary Hamilton –
We are pleased to announce our growing accounting team with new hire, Mary Hamilton.
Hamilton serves as the Corporate Accountant for Inlight Real Estate Partners, located in our Ponte Vedra Beach, FL office.
Mary has nearly 30 years of accounting experience in the Jacksonville area. Prior to joining Inlight, Mary held the position of Corporate Accountant at Acorn Property Holdings, a commercial property management company supporting the VP/Controller for a portfolio of approximately 1.2 million square feet of office space. Those duties included day-to-day operations of the accounting department and financial reporting preparations for the company owners and banking institutions.
Prior to Acorn Property Holdings Mary served as a Sr. Staff Accountant at Eola Capital, Mary has also held the positions of General Accountant for the Stellar Group which specializes in Construction and Refrigeration Engineering and Project Billing Specialist at BHR Inc, an Environmental Engineering firm.

Taylor K –
Taylor Kalafatis serves as our Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for InLight Real Estate Partners, located in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.
Prior to joining the firm, Taylor held the position of Senior Financial Analyst of Capital Planning at CSX, where she accumulated three years of experience in the railroad industry, specifically within the Finance department. During her tenure at CSX, Taylor undertook multiple responsibilities, including consolidation duties for the Operations Finance department, overseeing the budgets of the Technology organizations and HR, and, most recently, managing the $2 billion capital portfolio for the company.
Prior to her time at CSX, Taylor worked at SS&C Advent in the FinTech sector, fulfilling the role of a Client Advocate. In this capacity, she acted as the primary liaison for approximately 30 wealth management firms utilizing the financial reporting platform. Taylor’s main focus was providing consultative advice and innovative solutions tailored to various business models.
Taylor is originally from Tennessee and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida State University. She currently resides in Jacksonville Beach with her husband, Nick, and they share their home with an adorable golden retriever puppy named River.
