InLight Real Estate Partners Accounces 1.75 Million Square Foot Logistics Park In Commerce, GA

Ponte Vedra Beach, FL – InLight Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce the acquisition and development of 148 acres in Commerce, GA for a modern distribution and logistics park. Construction will begin early 2022 with planned Phase 1 delivery in summer of 2023.

Commerce Exchange is strategically located with visibility and access to two exits on I-85, one less than one mile away. In addition, I-285 is 55 miles away and the Atlanta airport is located 77 miles from the facility. Over 80% of the US consumers are reachable within a two-day drive.

The logistics park features two site plan options with two to three buildings offering up to 1,750,000 SF of available space. Highlights include, clear heights of 36’- 40’, column spacing of 54’ x 50’ (60’ speed bays), ESFR fire protection system, outdoor storage capabilities and visibility from I-85. Phase 1 will deliver a 156,000 square foot rear-load building with 34 loading doors, two spec office pods at opposite ends of the facility and additional trailer parking spaces. All other specs will be built to suit.

Commerce Exchange sits in a Less Developed Census Tract, where tenants are afforded a $3,500 tax credit per new job created for up to five years.
