Construction began on the project in March and final delivery is expected in early 2023.

The facility will bring tremendous new employment opportunities for Temple Terrace and the surrounding communities, with potential tenants ranging from regional distributors to service-oriented companies. Additionally, the operations will drive new tax revenue for the City of Temple Terrace helping to fund future planned developments.
